• Maintenance and repairs of fire communications, fire extinguishing, and urban tunnels ventilation systems

The project management office (PMO) department of Gostaresh Ahan Rah (GAR), takes the necessary actions in four stages to align the projects with the company’s portfolio goals considering the customers’ satisfaction following PMBOK standards and project life cycle.

1. Identification phase

It is conducted to identify the stakeholders’ and shareholders’ needs and determine the exact range of variables (time, cost, and resources), and it includes:

3. Control phase

Reporting and project development control are conducted in specific time intervals to supervise the execution of the project in accordance with auditing and the project life cycle. Furthermore, by holding meetings with project pillars, deficiencies are investigated and necessary suggestions are provided to the honorable project manager of the company and project stakeholders in line with optimizing the project procedures to increase client satisfaction.

Final reports of the project are conducted and prepared, and it includes:
