Introduction of quality management system
On the verge of entering the 21st century, the world is witnessing the ever-growing governance of accepted standards, rules, codes, and criteria by the international society on mutual business and industrial relationships. One of the most important standards which is accepted by most countries of the world is the international standard of integrated management systems (IMS). Naturally, in our country to get away from the single-product economy and not rely completely on oil revenues, a more active presence is needed in international industries and businesses and saving the environment. Complying with these standards and obtaining international certificates for manufactured goods and services is of grave value. Basically, the competition governing the domestic and foreign markets is based on the principle of providing services with higher quality and increasing the confidence coefficient in clients using the establishment of IMS. By studying the factors responsible for creating productivity, quality, and establishment of new and correct management systems and influenced by conducting new executing processes and their compliance with international standards, we can lower the costs, improve the quality and increase productivity (effectiveness and efficiency), optimize the allocation of human resources in working capacities which ultimately results in the assurance of improvement in providing services and increasing the technical capabilities and expanding one’s share from the market. Clearly, it is only possible to reach these goals by creating a quality management system and systems thinking culture, accompanied by strong belief, and all-around efforts of every single person who is part of an organization.
Therefore, the Gostaresh Ahan Rah Company has implemented the IMS in all of its organizational activities and regards it as a mission to try to keep and maintain this system.
